Crawley-based Dualit has added to its range of catering equipment with the DCP4 Catering Pop-Up toaster.
A key feature to the toaster is its patented ProHeat element, which works by layering a durable film over the filaments, creating a protective barrier as well as keeping the filaments clean.
Its elements feature extra winds per square cm to ensure the most evenly toasted bread, the elements themselves being easily replaced if necessary.
An independent dual slot control allows the use of either two or four slots at a time, with the wide 30mm slots accepting even the chunkiest bread.
Once selected, the toaster's intelligent browning control will then auto-adjust the time to ensure consistent browning.
At the end of the cooking time, a pop-up function automatically kicks in.
Presented in a polished finish, the DCP4 has a throughput of 120 slices per hour.
