Makoto is a new sport that that will provide the ultimate workout, bringing the total dynamics of the human experience together into one system, an activity involving both the mind and body and with a range of benefits designed to bring players back again and again.
Physically, a player must develop stamina, co-ordination and speed of movement. Mentally, a player must maintain their focus for long periods of time and become spontaneous, with thoughts and actions occurring simultaneously. Spiritually, a player must have an unconquerable fighting spirit.
Makoto is also said benefit a player emotionally, increasing emotional control, reducing stress and increasing confidence.
The Fitness arena display can provide users with calories burned, reaction time, total workout time and eleven skill level settings.
